Learn about our program!

Aim High Impact is center-based program for youth aged 2-18 who have moderate to severe symptoms of autism.

1:1 Direct Services

One on one therapy increases the amount of learning opportunities with your child as all exercises will be directed and personalized to them. It increases engagement and promotes active participation and learning.

Peer Interaction

Peer to peer speech is innately different from adult to child speech; your child will experience natural and imaginative communication in situations that occur in daily life. With our program, your child will be around others their own age.

Medical Collaboration

During the course of your child’s therapy, we communicate with a variety of healthcare specialists depending on what your child needs. This can be sharing information and plans, planning out a mock doctor’s visit, or even accompanying your child to their appointment.

After School Hours

Aim High Impact is now offering in-center therapy during the after school hours of 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Applied behavior analysis (ABA) is therapy that improves quality of life through positive reinforcement. Therapists break down complex tasks into small pieces. Going piece by piece, therapists will ensure their clients have mastered each small portion until they can perform the complex task in its entirety.

  • Yes. In addition to several BCBAs that create and oversee treatment plans, we have BTs that undergo a 40-hour mandatory training course that covers both the ethics of behavioral science and the techniques of ABA.

  • You will be setting goals for your child during biannual meetings as well as attending scheduled sessions. These sessions will take place during regular therapy hours and will help you carry therapy from in-center to home. Depending on your child’s needs, you may be asked to participate in up to half of your child’s sessions.

  • Our therapy hours are a little bit longer than a full school day (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), with breaks for lunch, snacks, and to play in our gym area. There are also possibilities for extra breaks or playtime.

If your child is part-time, they will have a slightly different schedule.
