Paige Wagner, Practice Director

Paige Wagner was born and raised in New York. She came to Oregon with a love of the outdoors and the lifestyle that the city brings. Paige is a Program Manager and BCBA in training. This provided Paige an opportunity to support the families with the utmost kind and caring therapy. Her goal is always to bring strength and to create positive changes that will improve the lives of others. She came to Aim High with a Masters Degree in Special Education. She taught in a farm based residential school in New York, and the focus there helped support Social Emotional growth through animal therapy. She then began her journey of ABA with in-home Early Intervention.

During that time she found the love of helping families on an individual basis, and began to pursue her career in ABA. She is now in the final steps of completing her schooling as a certified BCBA with the support of Aim High. While searching for the perfect place to work, finding herself at Aim High was more than she could have hoped for. She found a team at Aim High that she knew would quickly become a family to her. Aim High has the highest values that are evident both in therapy and all throughout the agency.

Working at Impact has enlightened her with the positivity that so many of our families bring. Each client brings a source of strength that is both empowering and contagious. Paige’s motivation is driven by our clients' determination, and the hurdles that they all show can be achieved by anyone.

Aside from a never ending search for the best Bagels and Pizza in Portland, she is drawn to the outdoors and beautiful scenery of Oregon. Whether it is traveling the coast, white water kayaking, or walking her dog through Mount Hood, you can always find her exploring somewhere new with her pup. She had found a forever home here at Aim High and is humbled to be a part of such an inspiring and wonderful team.

Nick Lea, Program Manager

Nick is a BCaBA with a Bachelor’s in History. He found ABA when working as a teacher’s assistant in a kindergarten special education classroom. It measured progress well, suited his disposition, but most importantly, helped the kids become more successful. Inspired by the difference ABA therapy made in kids and their families’ lives, he went on to get a job at an ABA center and eventually came to work at Aim High.

Nick focuses on building a supportive environment that understands and compassionately addresses each kid’s struggles. Above all else, he hopes that through ABA therapy, children can work through their difficulties and gain independence.

Lily Lake

Lily is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology and a Master’s of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. Lily’s interest in ABA was sparked by personal and volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities in her teenage and young adult years. Soon after entering the field as an ABA technician, she knew the field was the right fit for her personal and professional interests. During her time in the field, Lily has worked in school, home, and clinic settings helping learners maximize skill sets. Lily has a special passion for working with older children and adults on the autism spectrum to acquire the transitional skills needed to become as independent as they can be in their daily lives. Another focus of Lily’s professional practice is parent-caregiver collaboration and generalization of skills learned within ABA to ensure clients and their families are benefiting from their own hard work and dedication in their ABA treatment. Lily’s favorite aspect of Aim High is the passion and determination shown by all members of the organization. Within every department and level of Aim High’s structure, everyone is committed to doing their personal best to be there for others and recognize their part of the bigger picture- supporting their community. When Lily isn’t at Aim High, she enjoys going on long hikes throughout Oregon’s sprawling forests with her Australian Shepard, sky diving & bungee jumping across the west coast, or watching Hulu at home with a blanket and popcorn.
